Raju V K
General Manager

Mr. Raju founded Numbers Only, Inc. in 1996 with Mr. Hari Polavarapu. He has over fifteen (15) years of IT experience which includes architecting complex enterprise systems using advanced Internet/Wireless technologies. Mr. Raju has been instrumental in setting up overall strategy and the technology infrastructure for the company. He has focused the company in the products and advanced technology arena. Prior, Mr. Raju held technical positions with several global IT services companies including Tata Consulting Services, Foundation Software, and Analysts International. He has consulted to several Fortune 500 companies including M&M Mars, NY Times, Shoprite, and Allied Holdings.He has extensive experience in Healthcare Informatics and has consulted with several leading healthcare organizations including Baptist Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Fletcher Allen, and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Mr. Raju graduated from Osmania University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

William Grimes
Vice President, Implementation and Support Services

Mr. Grimes has spent 21 years at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center working in various roles in Supply Chain Management. From 1997-2008 he was the Manager of Materials Management Information Systems and was responsible for all Supply Chain related technology including PeopleSoft and hand held applications. He also served as a Medic in the USAF and worked as an Assistant Warehouse Manager for CCM, a worldwide hockey distributor. Bill was one of the founders of the Healthcare Industry User Group (HIUG), serving in many roles including Vice President. He holds a degree in Business Management from Saint Joseph’s College in Windham, Maine.

Kishore Bala
Vice President, Product Strategy

Mr. Bala has over 18 years experience which includes verticals like Healthcare, Financials, and Manufacturing. His experience includes Healthcare Supply Chain, PeopleSoft, Oracle Database Administration, UNIX administration, internet technologies, mobile technologies, client/server architecture, and Internet Architecture. He has been involved with AtPar since its inception in different capacities and currently serves as the Vice President of Product Strategy. Mr. Bala has an Engineering degree in materials science.

Timothy Callahan
Vice President, Business Strategy & Development

Mr. Callahan has extensive experience the healthcare industry. His background has focused on providing products and services to the acute care and alternate site health care markets. He has an understanding of the peri-operative area, critical care units, and supply chain services. His background has involved critical care equipment, medical devices, surgical products and logistical services. He has maintained leadership roles developing market strategy, executing sales and marketing plans as well as full P&L responsibility. His experience is with entrepreneurial start ups as well as executive positions with a fortune 500 company. Mr. Callahan graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Srinivas Repala
Vice President, Product Development

Mr. Repala has over 14 years of IT experience in mobile technologies, internet / intranet technologies, client / server, system analysis, design, data modeling, relational database management systems and object oriented programming concepts. He has experience with numerous hospital MMIS systems which include PeopleSoft, Lawson, Oracle applications, Meditech, PMM and GEAC related to AtPar integration with these systems. He has worked across the life cycle of product development from requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and project management. Prior to working on @Par suite he was a Technical Lead at Numbers Only Inc in 1999. Mr. Repala started his career as a Production Engineer in a Manufacturing Industry in India before getting into software development in 1996. He has graduated from Jawaharlal Technological University in India with a master’s degree in Production Engineering.
